I’ve been taking echinacea for years whenever I start to get sick. It has worked amazingly well for me too. I feel like I don’t even need to take cold medicine when I’m taking it. It knocks the symptoms out right away.

I’m glad to see St. John’s Wort on this list, but only for selfish reasons. I’ve heard of it many times before, but I never knew what it was used for. Now, instead of researching it for myself, I know just by stumbling across it. Thanks for the info.

I never realized that chamomile had so many other perks to it. I always thought it was simply to help you relax or go to sleep. I may have to look into it for a stomach relaxer though. I’ve always had stomach problems.

I wonder sometimes, with all of the herbal remedies and the push for natural healing, can you get too much of some of this stuff? I mean I take vitamins everyday and I know that you can get too many of one kind of vitamin. But can you take too many different kinds and will they react with each other?
