
It seems like everyone has an energy drink these days! Everywhere you go you see energy drinks in the hands of people of all ages. Supermarket shelves are lined with them and they fly off the shelves at alarming rates. But do most of them really provide a quality energy source that helps you focus and burn fat? Most “energy” drinks on the mainstream market are just a mixture of B vitamins and a ton of sugar that do nothing more than cause a quick sugar high and then a crash.
