
Working out in the gym is only half of the battle to looking and feeling your best. In gyms all across America there is a nutritional epidemic. You see people at the gym non-stop but month after month they get more obese. Even though they may work hard in the gym for 5-10 hours a week they treat their body poorly the other 160 hours during the week.
