    An informative article on the beneficial aspects of soy products. But I have to say that it’s rather one-sided. There are some reported negative effects attributed to soy products. I’m not saying I agree with them, but I think they should at least be addressed in these kinds of articles. I do use some soy products, like soy milk. But I always try to stay open about anything I use.
