Well, I have to admit I am one of those skeptics that really look into claims that some people make. Especially when it comes to my health. But I have to say that the research into natural minerals and supplements has proven to be pretty accurate overall. Zinc has been found to be very beneficial for certain things, but I didn’t realize it had this application to cold symptoms. I will definitely try it next winter.
