1) Is the site secure and trustworthy? I'm not just talking about their secure checkout. Im talking about whether they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), whether they are protected against hackers, whether they sell or exploit your personal information and most of all will you actually get the product in a reasonable amount of time.

2) Do they stock their own product? We stock thousands of products in our own warehouse. If there ever is a damage or problem with your product then you need a company that can actually bring your concerns to the manufacturer themselves.

3) Will the person on the other end of the customer service call be helpful and informative. When you have questions you want to be able to speak to someone who can explain how the products work and what can be stacked to help you attain your ultimate goal. If you have a question or a problem with your order will it be resolved quickly and easily? Will you come first as the customer? Will your store actually do whatever it takes to compensate you for any inconvenience? They should since after all, you just gave them your money and trust.
